INFRASTRUCTURE POINT REPAIR SYSTEMS

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY: Sewer rehabilitation by the insertion of a resin impregnated liner into a host pipe is not new technology. It has been employed by several companies in manhole to manhole relining. However, what is new is the ability to insert a short liner at a specific section of the host pipe. This new technology gives the customer some viable choices. In other words, he no longer has to reline from manhole to manhole - he can simply reline the area in need of repair.

DESCRIPTION: infrastructure Repair Systems' Sectionalized Repair is an advanced resin technology that was developed and tested in our Research & Development laboratories. Our labs are staffed by chemists and chemical lab technicians who are continually researching new and improved systems. The ambient cured resin employed was formulated to perform in both warm and cold environments without the use of a promoter package.

The liner is constructed using fiberglass, a highly absorbent felt and a protective mesh. The combination of the liner and resin yields a structural repair for damaged, cracked or broken gravity flow systems. The user friendly repair system is truly a trenchless solution.

Infrastructure Repair Systems, Inc. maintains a facility in which both the resin and liner are manufactured, assuring the consumer the correct repair system for their requirements. Our experienced and knowledgeable team offers the user not only technical support but also problem solving.
